Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.

Initiating the Process:

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: info@movena.nl with your order number, reason for the return, any photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.

Refund:

Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refund: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still have not received it, please contact us via Ziara-London.com

Costs:

Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be shipped to China, and the costs start from €20, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Exceptions:

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the error occurs again a second time, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated system.
